I love crab legs but they are so overcooked that the meat is so dry it turns to dust. I typically give it another try once every year or two just to see if it’s improved and although I’ve never paid a cent to eat there as I've always been on a full comp, I STILL always wish I had eaten somewhere else afterwards which is remarkable that the food can so lousy one can complain about a free meal! The menu always looks and sounds great but the food first and foremost is not of the best quality, and secondly everything is always overcooked to the point where it no longer matters anyway. Seniors only pay $5.50, plus they freely hand out full and half priced comps to players that meet the daily spend threshold which makes it popular and at least gives the illusion the food is good as it's always packed with a long line but I guarantee if everyone was paying full price you would hear folks complaining all day long. The one thing you can say about the seven. I've been a patron of the Coushatta resort for many years, Love the resort, love the Grand Hotel, love the casino, but the buffet is and always has been the arm pit of this fine establishment.
